This is to be notified that the union government has mentioned a shorter form of the yearly return for OPC and small firms through the changing the procurement of the firm (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 that will be initiated from 5/03/2021. The analysis of the pre and after the revision has been stated as:
As of the date 5/03/2021 each and every firm expecting OPC and the small firm will file its yearly return in Form no-MGT-7 on the other side the OPC along with the small firms will furnish their yearly return from FY 2020-21 in Form no MGT-7A.
Moreover, the need of attaching the extract of the yearly return with the board’s report will be in Form No. MGT.9 has been absent in rule 12 of the related jurisdiction.
