Final Course
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) releases the exam form for the CA Final exam typically 2-3 months before the exam date. Typically, ICAI Releases the CA Final Exam Form in the Following Months:
• May session: The exam form is usually released in February or March.
• November Session: The exam form is usually released in August or September.

CA Exam Form 2025 Photo and Signature Particulars
Ensure your photo for the ICAI CA exam form satisfies these standards:
- Use a coloured or black/white photo with 80% of your face (without a face mask) visible, including ears, against a white background.
- Confirm a clear contrast in the image, and avoid wearing goggles, but spectacles are acceptable.
- It is crucial to have the background white and visible, and if using flash, prevent red-eye.
- Avoid wearing caps and masks, though religious headgear is permitted as long as it doesn’t cover your face.
- Submit your photo in jpg/jpeg format, with a file size between 20-50 KB.
- Must have a clear contrast of the image.
- Do not wear goggles and caps while taking a photo. However, they can wear spectacles.
- A straight-looking relaxed face should be there.
- No selfies are allowed
- The scanned Photo should be well cropped so that there are no extra/white spaces, and the image is stored as jpg/jpeg
- Take care that the photo as described above fits in the size 4.5 cm by 3.5cm.
For the signature:
- Sign on a white sheet with a black pen.
- The scanned signature must be cropped effectively, without extra/white spaces.

- You should crop the scanned signature to remove any extra or white space, then save it as a jpg or jpeg
- Ensure the signature file is in jpg/jpeg format, with a size between 10-20 KB.
Guidelines to Fill CA Application Form 2025
- Firstly the candidates would be required to make a Login ID on the official ICAI website via a one-time registration.
- After registration the candidates will have a username and password through email and the identical information will be sent via an SMS to the furnished phone number in the one-time registration.
- After that, the candidates can log in via their username and password to access the ICAI CA application form.
- The candidates need to furnish precise information and complete all the details needed, as there is no acceptance for the incomplete forms.
- Using Visa/Master/Maestro Credit/Debit Card the application fee can be paid.
- The candidates on the successful payment should download the filled form and take a printout. Candidates can attach two recent passport-size photos (one attested and one non-attested) if the image upload is not visible on the printout.
- If the signature does not appear on the printout then the candidates must sign at the said places and obtain the same countersigned by a parent/guardian.
