A fee structure for Goods and Services (GST) related services has been put forth by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), starting from a minimum of Rs. 5,000 and extending upwards without any fixed upper limit. It depends on the complexity of the work. These suggested fees are not mandatory but are proposed with the well-being of Chartered Accountants in mind.
In an effort to enhance the skills of its practitioners, the Committee for Members in Practice (CMP) within ICAI has taken on the responsibility of revising the Minimum Recommended Scale of Fees for professional tasks handled by ICAI members.
