The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the examination schedule for the May/June 2025 session. This comprehensive announcement details the examination dates for the Chartered Accountants Foundation, Intermediate and Final Examination levels, offering vital information for aspiring Chartered Accountants to plan and prepare for their impending exams effectively. As candidates prepare for the demanding exams, here’s a comprehensive overview of the crucial dates and significant details.
The Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is delighted to declare that the upcoming Chartered Accountants Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Examinations will take place on the specified dates and locations mentioned below, contingent upon a sufficient number of candidates offering themselves to appear from each of the mentioned places.
Likewise, the Examination Post Qualification Course under Regulation 204, namely, the International Taxation Assessment Test (INTTAT) (available to Institute members) will occur on the specified dates and locations (centres in India only), provided a satisfactory number of candidates express their intent to appear from the places mentioned below.

It might additionally observed that there is no revision in the examination schedule in the case of any day of the examination schedule specified above, being declared a public holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Authority.

It has been highlighted that there would be no swap in the examination programme if any day of the examination schedule is announced as a Public holiday through the Central Government / Local Holiday.
The examination beginning timings at Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat Centres will be 12.30 PM i.e. Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat local time corresponding / Equivalent to 2 PM. (IST). The examination starting timing at Bahrain and Doha Centre will be 11.30 AM i.e. Bahrain / Doha local time corresponding/equivalent to 2 PM. (IST). The examination of starting timing at the Kathmandu ( Nepal) Centre will be 2.15 PM Nepal local time corresponding/equivalent to 2 PM (IST).
It is pertinent to mention that the General Election to the 18th Lok Sabha are scheduled to be held in
2024, notification for which is awaited. Accordingly, the Examination Committee may reschedule
May 2024 CA Examination, if the dates of the General Election coincide with the present
Examination Schedule.
However, all other examinations are of hours in duration, and the examination-wise timing(s) are given below:
Online Window for May 2025 Exam Application Form
Concerning Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Examinations all the candidates are needed to apply online at https://eservices.icai.org (Self Service Portal – SSP) for the May 2025 Examination and also pay the requisite examination fee online. These forms are based on your eligibility for your course based on announcements and regulations. These forms will be available on SSP, and you are asked to log in with your credentials (Username <srn@icai.org> and password). In SSP these exam forms will be available and on www.icai.org the effective designated dates will be announced.
Kindly note- If you does have registered as a user in SSP till now then open the following URL https://eservices.icai.org/EForms/configuredHtml/1666/57499/Registration.html?action=existing. Please use forgot password option if you have forgotten or lost your password. Also, the students are asked to Create a Username, Register for a Course, Convert the Course, Revalidate, and Update the Photo, Signature, and Address on SSP only.
By using a VISA or MASTER or MAESTRO Credit / Debit Card /Rupay Card / Net Banking / Bhim UPI the examination fee can be remitted. Opening and closing of online window for submission of examination application forms. The below-mentioned dates may be noted-

For students asking for the change of examination city/ medium for the Chartered Accountants Examination – May 2025, the correction window for the examination forms already filled will be available from 18th March 2025 [Tuesday] to 20th March 2025 [Thursday].
