The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has notified the setting up of the branch of EICASA Brahmapur with the effect from October 14th, 2021.
“In pursuance of Regulation 81(5) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, read with Rule 4 of the Chartered Accountants Students’ Association Rules the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to announce the setting up of Branch of EICASA Brahmapur with effect from October 14th, 2021,” the ICAI announced.
Brahmapur Branch of EICASA will be the Branch now be known.

As ordered under Rule 4(b) of the Chartered Accountant Students’ Association Rules, the Branches shall at all times function subject to the control, supervision, and direction of the Central Council walked within the Regional Council or the Regional Students’ Association and shall be ruled by the directions emitted by the Central Council occasionally, for the functioning of the Branches of Students’ Association or like other directions that may be allotted at times.
Regulation 81(5) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 concerns the Constitution of Students’ Associations which reads as, “the Council may initiate a branch of a students’ association and may issue such directions as it may refer convenient in regard to the duties and functions of the branch.”
