The facility of empanelment of Chartered Accountants (CAs) to act as observers for the CA Exam November 2020 has been reopened by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
In continuation of the announcement made on August 20, 2020, the window of empanelment of members to act as observers in examination centres for Chartered Accountant Examination, November 2020 has been reopened by the Institute from October 20 to October 25, 2020.

The institute also made it clear that members already applied for observer duties through the online portal as per the announcement of August 20, 2020, and September 16, 2020, are not required to apply again.
Interested members can visit the official observer portal ie. http://observers.icaiexam.icai.org and apply online to act as observers for November 2020 CA Exams. This window will be open up to 25th October 2020.
Meanwhile, we would like to make it clear that ICAI kept the eligibility particulars/details same or unchanged as per the announcement via Important Announcement dated August 20, 2020, available on www.icai.org.
