The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India ( ICAI ) has permitted students who are going to appear in the CA examination in November to submit their observations on the question papers by 18th June 2019, if have any.
The candidates can submit observation on the question papers to the examination department by either modes- email or letter.
In a recent announcment, the ICAI said that the candidates can present their observations on the question papers to the examination department, if any, for the CA examination being held in May 2019 via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via a mode of sending letter by Speed Post, by 18th June 2019.

Please note that only those observations of students will be taken up for consideration who provide their following details i.e.; Name of the Student, Registration Number, Roll Number, email-id and Mobile Number, the ICAI said.
