By watching out the severity of the COVID 19 pandemic, the ICSI (Institute of company secretaries of India) has now taken decision to conduct initial CSEET on 29th august 2020 via a remote proctored mode which was otherwise to be conducted on the test centres.
The examination will be given by all the eligible candidates through the means of desktops/laptops on their place of choice. While it is to be noted that the examination will not be allowed to be given on the smartphones.

The multiple-choice questions based part will be the same as per the previous criteria, and the already ongoing structure of the CSEET, however, the viva voce part is not applicable on the first CSEET and paper 4 will be carrying the questions based on the current affairs, communication skills and the presentation.
Also, there will be significant changes in the marking of the 120 minutes of the examination. For all the other details one can visit the www.icsi.edu. Note that the admit cards will be given 10 days before the actual examination date.
