ICSI Members and Students to Pay Fees Only Via Online Mode

ICSI Fees through Online Mode

Taking a step towards growing culture (digitization) in the country, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI ) has made an announcement that the members and students will be liable to pay fees only via online mode from 1st June 2019.

A landmark date is coming. ICSI will move closer to a step total digitization by accepting fees of members through online mode only,the ICSI quoted in a statement.

In a meeting organized on 4th-5th May 2019, the Governing Council had clear its view of receiving payment of Annual Membership/ Certificate of Practise/ Restoration Fee etc. through online mode. The members and students can deposit their payment from 1st June 2019.

Also, they are required to mention details of Permanent Account Number (PAN) as compulsory and Aadhar Number as an option while making payment of annual membership fee. The students registering for the ACS are also required to follow the same procedure.

While the examination program which was scheduled post-December, 2019 session has been altered by the council, considering a large number of requests received and benefited students in undertaking the CS examination.

Other than this, the council designed a mandatory ‘One Day Orientation Programme for students registered in Foundation or Executive Programme of Company Secretaryship Course which will be implemented from 1st June 2019 and the students are required to pass off through this program in order to enroll for the CS examination.
