The Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final May 2026 examination results are declared today, i.e, June 18, by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Also, the institute has released the list of top-performing candidates.
In the CA Final May 2026 examination, Noor Singla from Patiala has secured All India Rank (AIR) 1 with 83.17%. Ritij Saraf from Howrah has secured AIR 2 with 79.17%, and Sohan Anil Manjrekar has secured AIR 3 with 78.83%.

How to Check ICAI CA Final May Result 2026?
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the CA Final result for 2026 online. Additionally, ICAI will provide a list of top candidates along with overall pass percentages. Stay updated for more information! Candidates can follow the steps below to access their results for the Chartered Accountant Final Examination held in May 2026:
- Visit the official website, icai.org.
- On the homepage, click on the link with the text “ICAI CA Final May 2026 Results” (once it becomes active).
- It will lead you to a new page.
- Input the required credentials and click Submit.
- Your result for the ICAI CA Final May 2026 will be displayed.
- Review your result and download it. The printout option is also available if you want to print it for future reference.

CA Final Merit List 2026
Students can see the merit list of the CA examination. This merit list assists the students in checking their performance in the exam. This list is released along with the actual result.

- Type your enrolment number or roll number.
- Input the code in the captcha.
- Click on the Submit button.

Contents of the CA Final Result 2026:
The result will include:
- Candidate’s name and roll number
- Marks earned in Group I, Group II, or both
- Qualification status
- Total score for Group I, Group II, or both
Candidates should note that according to ICAI regulations, a minimum score of 40% in each paper and an overall total of at least 50% across all subjects is required to pass.
How to Apply for CA Final May 2026 Answer Sheet Verification
Candidates can request an answer book review shortly after the CA Final New Results 2026 are announced. Candidates can log on to the official website to apply for verification. Details about the verification process, such as payment methods, etc., must be available on the website. For verification of marks, online as well as offline methods are available.
Rs 100 will be the per-subject verification fee, or Rs 400 for 1 group or both groups. You may proceed to the official website to apply for the Revaluation Application Form online – website: icaiexam.icai.org.
Students must submit the new offline CA Final application form in a handwritten format, along with the required information such as Name, Registration No. Your Course (CA Final New), Year, and along with Attended Exam Month, Roll No, Subject, and Paper Name, along with Code, and Address to Touch. You must write your assessment submission in the same language you used during the exams.
Although ICAI has not specified a strict format, applicants must provide all the information mentioned above. Please do not include your mobile number or email address in the application. If the revaluation process results in a mark increase, the revaluation fee will be refunded. While there is no official announcement regarding the revaluation fee, ICAI generally charges Rs 200 per paper for both Old and New Scheme CA Final students.

Students can also apply online to request their answer sheets for a verification of marks. However, it is important to note that a verification does not mean the answer sheets will be re-evaluated if students are confused with the marking. Students can apply for either a verification of marks or certified copies online or offline, following the same procedure used for a revaluation of the marks. You must submit your application within the specific timeline announced by ICAI.
